     Frank Dachille, AIA is the founding principal of Frank Dachille Architects, PC, with over forty years of experience in healthcare-related, hospitality, commercial, industrial, and residential architecture. Prior to founding Frank Dachille Architects, PC in 1974, and following his six-year internship with Rea, Hayes, Large & Suckling Architects, Mr. Dachille served as the staff architect for Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital, a 500-bed teaching hospital, of Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
     Mr. Dachille retains an active interest in academics, and has been a part of the American Institute of Architects, acting as the treasurer for the Middle Pennsylvania Chapter. He also serves as the Construction Disputes Arbitrator for the American Arbistration Association. With interest in aviation, sailing, community connectivity, and strong family ties, Mr. Dachille has served as Board Chairman of the Presbyterian Nursing Home and serves as a long-time supporter and Committee Chair of Johnstown Area Young Life.
      Mr. Dachille's responsibilities within the firm include guiding projects from schematic design through construction administration for each project including project management, code compliance, construction administration, specification preparation, building and interior design, and office management.

   Gregory J. Watt joined Frank Dachille Architects, PC as a project architect in 1984. He practiced architecture for fourteen years with Johnstown Architects (and predecessor firms) in all phases of contract document preparation. Mr. Watt's hand drafting technique is extraordinary as is his thorough understanding and approach to the specification process. He is experienced in architectural, mechanical, and civil engineering contract document preparation. Mr. Watt’s responsibilities within the firm include, but are not limited to, Contract Document Preparation, Building Design, Construction Administration, Specification Writing, and Code Research, and has provided full standard architectural services; preliminary design, contract document preparation, interior design, and project administration.

   Brian L. Mayko joined Frank Dachille Architects, PC in 1996 and has been a key team member for over ten years and with many projects, including Health Care, Commercial, and Hospitality projects. He has developed a superb talent and graphic ability in interior design and building design, as is evident in the many recent projects completed by Frank Dachille Architects PC. Mr. Mayko’s responsibilities within the firm include Interior and Architectural Design, Survey of Existing Buildings, Construction Administration, Specification Writing and Code Research.

   Ben Gagan joined Frank Dachille Architects, PC in 1995 bringing with him two years of experience CAD drafting and program customization with other firms. Mr. Gagan's attention to detail and rigorous problem solving approach make him a key team member for many projects including Health Care, Commercial, and Hospitality projects and has assisted the project architects in a variety of building design. Mr. Gagan’s responsibilities within the firm include Computer Systems Manager, CAD Manager, Architect’s Assistant, Survey of Existing Buildings, and 3D Visualzation Specialist.
